In this episode we are going to hear from two key speakers from the 2022 EXPO: Bob Holdsworth and Paul Barnes. These two gentlemen presented a talk together focusing on mental health. Bob has spent 40 years in the EMS business and Paul has spent a lifetime as a first responder and is currently the Fire Marshall in Montville, Connecticut. They both know first hand the importance of taking care of their own mental health. They told those gathered for their discussion not to hold things in and that… it’s okay not to be okay, just make sure you are taking care of yourself.
